I don't know about you readers but it always gives me a feeling of satisfaction every time I receive comments like these:
It warms my heart that there are people who appreciate what I do and the fact that my tutorials actually are useful to others just double my joy.
I've been sifting through some old files on my computer and I found a blogshop template for Classic Blogger which I created several months ago. I've been meaning to put it up for sale but somehow I never got around to doing it. If you're interested in purchasing the template, do contact me via through the contact form.

So it is confirmed that I will be going to Ipoh, Malaysia again in mid-March. My dad entrusts me to be my mom and aunt's guide. I'll be staying there for 6 days so in that 6 days, I'd probably won't be doing any updates so please don't worry if I don't respond to your messages/emails.
I've been wanting to sell stuff online. Thing is, I don't have anything to sell. I do have some old stuff which have never been used and still in good conditions. But I have not considered the packaging and shipping costs so I don't know if I should go for this whole online business thing. However, I've already worked on a blogshop layout which, if I ever get to carry on with this online business thingamajig, I'd probably use this layout. It's actually an old blogshop layout I designed some time ago but I've modified (that involves adding and deleting) some features so now it has a pagination feature which allows customers to navigate through the products without ever leaving the page. On an entirely different note, I seriously despise people who are going around posting religious quotes and reminders on Facebook when they're not exactly good role models for the said religion. Practice what you preach before haunting other people with your self-righteous posts. Damn these people just get on my nerves. The reason why I'm ranting about this is because lately lots of people have started doing this. They're probably nervous because December is only 10-months away now1.

Happy belated Christmas to those who celebrate it. This year Christmas completely has no effect on me whatsoever. This is mainly because I didn't get to decorate the Christmas tree and wrapping up gifts with my boyfriend. Plus, this country doesn't celebrate it so the festive mood just wasn't there.
I need to start packing for my next trip, which is to Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Frankly speaking, I am not looking forward to do all this packing up again. It's such a hassle, because once I get there, I'll have to unpack the things; and I've done a lot of that when I was in UK and France (and that was only 2 weeks ago).
Regarding the domain giveaway, I will host it after I return from Malaysia. I'll have to work on the mechanisms but it will be similar to the previous giveaways, except I might add in a few requirements to this one.
I also plan to make another blogshop template. I'd probably just give it away for free downloads, or by requests. The template will include a simple shopping cart. If you need it to be customised, I can also do it for a small charge/fee.Labels: blogshop template, Christmas, giveaway, trip

I am glad to know that there are still people who are interested with the giveaway which I hosted some months ago. The good news is, there's going to be another one in a few weeks time. As promised, I will be hosting the second domain giveaway in August. The details are not ready yet and will only be released during the launching of the giveaway but I will keep everyone posted about it so please look out for the details by keep coming back to this site. :)
On another note, I mentioned in a previous post about my project involving building e-commerce websites for several clients. In the process, I designed another e-commerce web template. This template is specially built for Classic Blogger so anyone using Classic Blogger will be able to make use of this template. Good news for blogshop owners out there yeah?

What makes this template different from others? The main difference is that, I have integrated a shopping cart feature into the design so customers can pay for their orders with their Paypal account in a just few clicks. For those who prefer to use different methods of payment, such as bank transfer/bank wire/cash on meet-ups, they can use the shopping cart to click on the products they wish to buy, copy the info from the cart and paste them into the order form.
The fixed price of the template (this is not free, you know) is 20 USD 10 USD ***SPECIAL OFFER!***. If you feel this is too much, contact me and maybe we can agree on another price. I also provide customisation service for a small amount of fee.

The basic rate for a design starts from $25 USD. The rate is based on the complexity of the design. The more elaborate the design is, the higher the price is.
How to place your order
Send me an email via the contact form and state clearly how you want your design to be. This includes colour scheme, layout (with or without sidebar, number of columns, etc), any extra features, etc.
Your email should be in this format:

Design: Please give detailed explanation on how you want your template to look like
Preferred payment method: Paypal/Moneybookers/Payza/Bank transfer to Baiduri bank
I shall respond to your email within 3 (three) days. Your order will be placed into a Waiting Queue as orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
Payment methods
Payment has to be made to either by PayPal, or Moneybookers.
However, if you choose to pay via (international) bank transfer, be aware that you may be charged for the transfer service.
Other important information
Throughout the designing process, I may need to refer back to you for questions/opinions so do check your email frequently. This is to ensure the design can be done as soon as possible.
Depending on the design, your template make take up to over 1 (one) week to finish. You will be informed once the template is done.
I will send you an email requesting for the payment after the template is done. Once the payment is received, I will email you the complete template along with the necessary files.
All of my designs/templates will come with a credit section. This section must be left intact and you may not remove nor alter them. Resources that come with the designs/templates may not be redistributed or reproduced.

This website was created in January 2011 and the domain was purchased by me in late December 2010. Initially the website was intended to house tutorials for Classic Blogger/Blogspot only however over the time it has developed into what you see today.
Several of the tutorials and articles can also be found on Nekonette.com, which is the my main website where I mostly blog about my personal life. Also some of the tutorials here have been moved to that website.
