Early this evening my friend Susan left a message on my tagboard which compelled me to do a little investigation. She told me someone had copied some of my tutorials and posted them on the person's own website.

Curious to find out who this little thief is, I clicked on a link that brought me to yeoju-onlinediary.blogspot.com. Upon my arrival on the blog I was greeted with a message that says, "Welcome to my blog". At first I was like, "Umm, where are the rest of the contents?" Took me a few seconds to realise I was supposed to click on the message to reveal the contents. Had Blogger the feature to add splash page, I'm sure Xue Lee (the website owner) would have done just that.

Anyway, moving on. Once the contents were on display, my eyes were immediately attracted to the navigation menu, and the word 'Toturials' caught my attention. I clicked on it. The page loads to take me the 'toturials' main page. Scrolling down the page I saw a list of warnings to the visitors to remind them not to copy the tutorials. Fine, scrolling down the page some more. There were a list of random tutorials there and then BAM!, I saw some tutorials that have the same titles as mine. Not wanting to accuse anyone without a hard evidence, I decided to just click on the links.

I then proceeded to read the tutorials and by the end of each one of them I wasn't sure whether I should feel flattered or insulted, because every single word on the tutorials are exactly the same as mine. Even the styling for displaying the codes are the same!

What amused me the most were these sentences:

U need my permission if U want to copy n paste.....
And did she even ask for mine?

I realy apreciate if U could respect my blog....
I'm sure she threw this out of the window the moment she copied my tutorials.

Enjoy reading and learning guyz...
Oh yes, I've learnt my lesson: that noobs wouldn't stop ripping off tutorials from other people.

Plz credits me k...
..for copying other people's work.

Actually I didn't plan to reveal the offender's identity but then I thought, if I don't do it, people will never learn their lesson. Let this be a reminder to everyone else.

I've sent a warning to Xue Lee, and hopefully she will take the tutorials down soon. And if she doesn't do it within 24 hours (okay, maybe 72 hours max), she can expect to receive some notice from the Blogger admin.

Oh wow, I'm so generous. Not only did I post her name here, I even provided traffics to her website. :p

I followed you from some blog site that had your tutorials up that you posted and just wanted to personally thank you for your work! You helped out not only me but other fella noobs, so thank you.

Also, I believe your stalker changed her blog to a private invite only in order to well get around your threats. >_<

@XxTinkerbell, thank you for your kind words. I'm glad my tutorials are able to help you and others. :)

Haha yeah, honestly, I can't be bothered about it anymore. Let the cowards hide behind their passive voices. :)
